The staff were fantastic, welcoming, kind and brilliant with the kids. Access to water sports was brilliant and things such as a free shuttle to walking street was excellent. The location is fantastic being able to snorkel from the beach is perfect. Even with extensive building work and one pool being out of action, we had the best time.

Beautiful hotel with VERY comfortable and modern rooms, great pools (2) and a very ideal spot on sunrise beach. The staff was over the top kind and helpful, I had a problem which required a hospital visit and a change in my dates and they helped me get everything sorted out. I have rarely experienced staff go so out of their way for guests unless you’re paying upwards of $700 per night. This is an excellent value for the money. I stayed a few other places on the island and I think this is worth the slightly higher price for what you get here. The WiFi worked well and the bathtub was very clean and nice.. I don’t usually trust a hotel tub but it was so clean that it looked brand new! I was very happy solo, but It would also be a particularly nice place for couples. The food at the restaurant was also nice and fresh.

Location was decent
The room we had was not worth the value we paid. The room was rundown and old. The deluxe rooms and some parts of the hotel needs an upgrade.
