The room upgrade significantly enhanced our stay and made it very comfortable. The pool staff were wonderful—extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our time there.
First impressions with some of the younger reception and housekeeping staff felt a bit unprofessional due to giggling and lack of privacy around guest rooms. However, the rest of the team and the experience overall were great.

The breakfast was a huge selection of Thai and Asian dishes plus egg and noodle soup station.
Fruit selection, yoghurt, salad bar, juice, pastries, Thai cakes and homemade bread.
We didn’t want to leave.

Location was decent
The room we had was not worth the value we paid. The room was rundown and old. The deluxe rooms and some parts of the hotel needs an upgrade.
