The location and the view
Shower was slow and cold, housekeeping was quite sporadic and never replaces our towels the whole stay. We also did a private snorkelling tour booked through the hotel but our guide was very rude, bullied staff and and threw plastic in the ocean sadly :(

The views were incredible. The staff were friendly and kind.

Perfect location in the end of Pattaya Beach with an unbeatable view. Central but quite with perfect breakfast and staff
The location of the aicon was a not optimal.

location/views excellent. Staff generally very friendly.
The accommodation was very basic, too many steps /stairs. The breakfast ran out of items unless you were very early. The room wasn’t throughly cleaned daily & bed linen not changed when required (unless upon request)
