The location is really great, not only the specific beach but also the location on the beach. Friendly staff, good organization and fair selection of food on the breakfast session - same for lunch and dinner.
Our beach villa had many problems (water reverting from the pipes into the shower room, TV didn't work, security box needed repair to work, front door key didn't work etc) - all those items could and should have been identified prior and fixed. We had solutions for most of the things during the stay and they acknowledged the issues. The in house entertainment in the evening wasn't good (we know guest going to other places to avoid), sadly it was hours after hours and loud - would have preferred to enjoy the location and being able to have a conversation.

Best location on the beach. Beach bungalows great locale
Beds hard as rocks. Needs a spruce up. Bad smell in bathroom.

-Sea view room was not that great, door was beat up, anyone could break in, light bulb was broken. Ac took forever to cool the temp down.
-Swiming pool view, room was perfect! Ac worked great! Bigger and better room with better price.
Time was not flexible.
I was 10 minutes early at check in, she wouldn’t let me check in until 2:00pm to be exact.
I was exactly 4 minutes early at breakfast, she told me not to touch the food until its time. Could it be a better way to tell your guess ?
Seating area for breakfast at the very front were all covered in bird poops, both tables and chairs.
Checking out, they wouldnt let me leave until they were done checking the room.
