It was a nice property. The girl living there was really helpful and she carried my electric cool box to my room up four flights of stairs. She was usually around as I was leaving each morning to chat to me.

Very clean, close to centre of Harrogate.
Good communication throughout

The lady allowed me to check in 30 mins early. The room and the common areas were clean. The location was just opposite the Conference centre, which was very useful.
The price was quite steep considering there was no breakfast included. The parking was off-road, and though I was offered a disc for the short time I needed to park on the last day, after the permits expired, I never received it. I had emailed to request an iron and an ironing board, but never received them or a reply. Almost all of the displayed reviews were before 2018.
