My room 303 has obviously not been refurbished as it was very tired and scuffed. The bathroom whilst clean, was in a poor state and the ceiling was peeling and damp. I felt it was overpriced for the condition

Fully dog friendly, great bar, great restaurant, lots of nice little nooks, good parking either on or off site and excellent location.

Great location, lovely building, very friendly nice staff.
Really dirty carpets in room. General air of shabbiness. Terrible food at dinner (in fairness they were horrendously short staffed). Very noisy if you are on the road side.
