Excellent location and staff were so friendly and helpful ( A big thank you to Tommy who made us so welcome and was just the nicest man ) The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and shower amazing. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and tasty and great portions. Nice outside terrace to sit and have a drink from the bar.
Parking is on a first come first served basis so ended up having to park in multistorey car park across the road which was quite pricey.

Great staff interaction and flexible ie had to change rooms and very accommodating.

Staff and breakfast were good
We were in the annex (13) which is essentially a converted outhouse in the car park away from the main building. Bathroom was falling apart, no ventilation so water dripping down walls. You’re essentially sleeping next to a small road also. The pictures make it look a lot better than it was and we were quite disappointed for a 4* hotel with 8.9 reviews. I assume the rooms in the main building were better but the annex wasn’t great.
