Breakfast room, table settings and full breakfasts where all excellent with ample good quality food well presented and served by very pleasant and friendly family staff.
Appreciated the quiet location and easy walking distance to a good choice of restaurants in the town centre. Free Wi Fi and off street parking where a definite bonus. The bedroom was lovely and large with good facilities including tea and coffee making.Proprietor Adam and his charming family made us very welcome.
Would have preffered a slightly larger toilet and shower room.

Location was superb, very quiet yet a very short walk into town. Our room was spacious and bright with large windows to the front and a comfortable king sized bed. I particularly liked that the toon had two comfortable arm chairs so both of us could sit and relax. Breakfast was excellent. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. Great water pressure in the shower. Off street parking was appreciated.
Would vastly prefer a duvet rather than sheet, blanket and bed cover. Would suggest a two door wardrobe to allow for a bed side table on both sides, instead of the side 3 door wardrobe. In the bathroom I'd prefer a glass shower door to the shower curtain, and flooring other than carpet.

The breakfast time was between 8 and 9 and if spaces weren't available you would need to wait until a table was free, we didn't stay for breakfast
The room only had a sky window
