It’s very clean, safe and it had everything we needed. The location was great. The owners were very helpful and answered quickly when we needed them.

was relieved by the cleanness of the place, and for the good windows that avoided noise.

it was very, very clean; double windows made it completely silent at this time of year; host was readily available when I needed; size and appliances were perfect for one person and I am convinced that for a couple too.

You need to take out the internal latch on the entrance door to the apartment, I was tempted to use it and could not manage opening it in the morning. Host readily solved this. The light in the room is not good for reading, you can improve that. Somehow the AC, which was very necessary those days, was not as efficient as I would have expected. Might need some filter maintanance...

Exceptional

Location, the spaciousness of the apartment rooms, cleanliness, the kitchenette was well appointed and supplied, the entrance system was easy to use and reliable, the air conditioning units cooled very well in very hot weather. Very much appreciated 4 hour late checkout granted without charge. Overall a great stay for a conference.

A couple of minor things. Would have liked some fitted bottom bed sheets. Also fix thea horizontal kitchen cupboard door so it can remain open without being propped up.

Superb

Lovely and Cozy apartment with all amenities and good Wi-Fi connection. Walking distance from the center. Easy check-in and check-out. Coffee place for breakfast in 3 min walking distance. Owner polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nicely-Sized, Well-Located, Capably Run

The Mini Art House is a turnkey apartment with no front desk. Instead, visitors are provided with a door code for entry. The host is very responsive, was in touch before our arrival, topped up an item that was not in the apartment on arrival, and provided a luggage storage solution on our checkout day. The building itself is located just off a main road on the edge of a residential area, and is an easy 1.3km walk from Eleftheria Square, which is a main access point to the old town. Since the accommodation does not offer breakfast, several excellent morning restaurants are available along nearby Themistoki Dervi street,. Two major coffee chains are also located on Georgiou Griva Digeni street. The apartment itself is fairly large, bright, clean, and fully equipped for either a short or long stay. Our bed was very comfortable. Ample hot water is provided through a solar panel that has a wall-mounted boost function for cold or overcast days. All told, we were very happy with Mini Art House and recommend it highly.

The provision of a built-in USB outlet or a plug in USB power bar should be considered.

Nice looking, comfortable apartment

Nice looking, comfortable apartment.

Although there was a kitchen and a coffee machine, the kitchen itself was not equipped quite well, e.g. coffee capsules where left only few for a whole week, there were no cooking oil, no salt etc.. when we asked the host about it, they said that its traveler's responsibility to buy everything needed.. which kills all the hospitality feeling (for a booking worth over 1000 eur not to spend 20+ eur to completely equip the kitchen.. This is a review business, here hosts saved 20EUR and instead of 10 got 8 (as the property actually is very good)

I recommend 100% and I will be coming back.

The communication with the owner was very easy. I was really satisfied with my stay. The flat was clean and very comfortable. It had all needed things like an iron, hairdryer. I really liked that there was free good coffee. The interior is modern.

Everything was perfect, if I have to complain then it would be the noisy street that disturbs the sleep.

Excellent accommodation

The whole process was seamless, right from check-in. The flat is well equipped, even a washing machine. Surroundings were quiet and walking distance from free parking and excellent restaurants.

Modern comfortable apartment in great location

Great location, in a nice part of town with plenty of good bars and restaurants close by. Only a short walk to the old town. The apartment was modern, was very clean, had all the facilities we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in Nicosia, Mini Art House excellent

Mini Art House is excellent in every way, if you are in Nicosia for one night or many nights, this is the place to stay, highly recommended, Lucrezia and her husband are wonderful hosts and will do anything to help you. Location is perfect, with everything you need in walking distance. We go to NIcosia several times a year and would not stay anywhere else

Superb

The Mini Art House is a lovely apartment block in a great location. Spotlessly clean and well decorated. It's quite bijou but you have a lot more room than most hotel rooms - and brilliant value for money. Shower was lovely and spacious, the bed very comfortable - it felt like a little home from home. Loved it. Wifi was brilliant - I joined an international on line call in the apartment - and not a glitch to be had! Would highly recommend.

The toaster was tiny! With no grill on the cooker, making our toast in a morning was a bit of a challenge :) But we managed. Not a lot to complain about really - maybe a good excuse to go out for breakfast!

Perfect base for exploring Nicosia

Great apartment, clean and well stocked. Friendly responsive staff contactable by text. Comfortable bed and sofa. Perfect location with a 20 minute walk to Ledra Street and Old Town.

Not the fault of the building or staff but the road noise was loud - would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

good, but too pricy for what it is

it was clean and comfortable. it had everything I needed. staff was very responsive.

it didn’t look as nice as the pictures. they seem to have many different apartments and it’s hard to tell which os which. it all felt a bit of a step down, and therefore a bit too pricy for what it is. location is Ok, given the city is small. but for this price it might be better to get something more central.

A great apartment with all facilities.

The apartment is clean. Communication was good. easy check-in using keypad. good internet.

I was expecting the welcome pack with the coffee capsules as displayed on the pictures, sadly just got 3 tea bags. The apartment and sheets smelled of smoke. The building is on a busy, noisy road.

We enjoyed Mini Art House,

Everything about the apartment was excellent, check in very easy, very clean, great communication with owner, parking was reserved for us at private parking space.

Coming from a quiet area in Cyprus, we are not used to traffic noise at night.
