Great Continental breakfast including gluten free, beautifully maintained grounds and buildings to wander around and close to Metro line.
The bathroom fan and air conditioner were rather noisy

We chose this property as it was close to the Sydney Marathon start line, it was clean comfy and located just a short (hilly) walk from Milsons Point Ferry that could take you on great days out.
Hubby is a smoker so it would have been great to have a little area within the gardens instead of standing roadside.

Clean, quiet, large room & bathroom, great breakfast included. The staff were amazing & friendly. The grounds are tranquil & beautiful. Location is perfect, close to metro, train, & bus stations, & plenty of shopping & food options
