I can really recommend this accommodation. It is super close to bus, tram and metro stops, you can get to the city centre in 20 mins. It is situated at very nice big street, 10 minute walk away from a huge shopping centre. It's not a touristy area, you can really see how the locals live there.
The room was really nice, windows can be opened to air out but there was also an AC that worked super well. The bed was comfortable, but on the soft side. The pillows were too soft for my friend, for me they were good for our 5 day stay.
The staff was amazing, all that we met were really helpful and nice, spoke good English which made the communication easy. They offer safe luggage storage as well.
The room was clean and well set up, I would definitely stay here again.
The outside looks like all the regular buildings, so if you're expecting a pretty hotel from the outside this is not it. However, the inside was very well done, modern and clean.
We also got a ground floor room, which I wasn't thrilled about, however the way the hotel is set up no one can walk in front of your window, you still get some privacy, but no view.
One complaint is that the shower gel had such a horrible smell, of course this is subjective though.
It is over an hour away from the airport, so plan with that if you're coming with big luggage because changing metros is not for the weak in Barcelona, full of stairs and at places no elevator at all.

Great location in a neighborhood. Very close to train station. So accessible to all of the sights.
Bathroom was TINY. Almost could not get in shower.

The surrondings, the staff, the room was small but had everything
The noise on the evening from the neighbours closing their doors, the price extremely expensive for the room. The bed was too soft.
