Location is great!
Much better to stay in high floors. The noise at night can be very annoying if you stay on the lower floors.

The location and availability of local transport, restaurants, shops and tourist sights.
Having booked a ‘Superior King’ room it was poor that, apart from climbing over the bed, you had to edge sideways between the bed end and TV cabinet, a gap of about 30cm, to get to the far side. The rest of the room was fine, but I would choose a different one with hind sight. Photos on net show other rooms with more space.
