ない。強いて言うなら、荷物を京都駅まで預けれるサービスが朝の10:00までであり、チェックアウト11:00の時に利用できないこと。

新幹線の遅れがあって、到着が深夜になったのですが、快く受け入れていただけました。

Great location, plenty of cafes, eateries and malls nearby. Train station is just a short walk away, very convenient. Room was comfortable, bath-house was great too. It was a lovely stay. Didnt need to get a baggage locker as we were able to store our baggage there prior to checking in and after our early checkout.

It was a little difficult locating the hotel, even though they do have small signage, but can be easily missed

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Japan. Location was great. Just off the main strip. Few minutes to the train station. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Room was a little cramped but that's standard in Japan. Coin laundry came in handy. They have 2 machines in a small room. Free refreshments in the afternoon were great. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to others wanting to visit Kyoto.

Building is a little tricky to find but there is a sign just off the main street. Not a big deal.

繁華街の中心に近く、立地条件が良かった。宿泊者専用の夜間（時間指定）無料、ソフトドリンク、チョットだけお茶漬けが有った。連泊をしましたが、毎日シーツ、タオル等の交換も基本的に行うシステムで、気持ちが良かった。

とても暑い日に宿泊したのですが、エアコンの初期設定が、消し忘れタイマーに2日目から変更され、自分で変更できたが、それに気が付くまで、何度もスイッチのおし直しをした。

The location is great. It's ~10min walk from the Gion distritct. It's very close to a main street with lots of shops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Although the staff did not speak much English, we raised an issue and they tried to fix it. We found a letter in our room to let us know they checked. This was very kind of them. At night, staring ~9.30pm there are free rice and beverages. The room had a decent size, with a clean bathroom and a big shower. Overall the room was great. The hotel also has a public onsen! And honestly, really cheap. I had expected less for what I paid and the hotel exceeded my expectations, by far.

For some reason, the ventilation system in the bathroom is quite noisy even if it is switched off. We raised it but they said it was ok, that they did not find any issues. It was difficult to raise the issue because the people at reception did not speak English. We needed to use Google Translate (but they tried to help a lot, they were super nice!)

Great staff, great rooms (even though theh are a bit small), great service & breakfast. Highly recommended!

- I think the staff at the front desk is great, able to communicate in English, very friendly and feeling so welcoming by them - Love the public bath, but the pool water was too hot, i suggest the hotel to adjust it a bit. - the hotel offer free drink at the restaurant from 4pm-11pm, and supper from 7pm to 11pm, I think is perfect place to chit chat with friend - the hotel offer Japanese or western style set meal for breakfast, the presentation is quite stunning, and the staff are great!

- the room has everything u need, but might feel a little bit cramped if u have to unpacked your suitcase - have to walk some distance from the subway

Just right next to Nishiki market. Room was clean and the public bath were nice. The shower in the room was particularly nice. The japanese and western breakfast were really good.

a bit far from the Shijo metro station. The window in the toilet is a bit weird.

In the room we got first, the bathroom smell strange so we reported it to the reception. The staff was very apologetic and took care of the situation. They gave us another room and made sure that we were comfortable there. We really appreciated the staff’s quick response and support!

Cost. Location.

Decided to break up my trip and get some place cheap after spending more on a ryokan. It’s small which I suppose is normal for a lot of hotels in Japan.

Great location with good connection to various famous sites. The shower was great and the free drinks in the restaurant in the afternoon are nice after a hot sightseeing day. We also used the hotel onsen and the coin laundry machine. Both worked out for us. Good value for the money from our point of view!

It’s Japan, so the rooms feel „compact“ when traveling with suitcases.

The breakfast was impeccable. I first stayed here in 2018 and returned again to find the breakfast quality unchanged. Amazing stuff.

Room was not fully cleaned. Found candy, piece of trash under the bedside table.

The fire doors were locked. When I queried this, they said they could unlock them from reception in an emergency. Strange breakfast.

We like the location. It's near restaurants, street foods, shopping, tourist attractions. The hotel is clean, comfortable bed, quiet for light sleepers.

It would be nice if breakfast was buffet style. It's kind of boring having same breakfast 4 days in a row.

very central Kyoto location and clean and comfy room. Great public onsen onsite as well.

the check-in and front desk staff are bit rude and unhelpful. no greeting, no smile and seems not paying attention to your request when asking something

the location was very handy for metro, restaurants and shops.

the western breakfast was very poor. it wasn’t a buffet service, and it was the same meal every day
