Loved everything, the room was great and the seperate shower, toilet was perfect. Room size great and the extra amenities for creature comfort were phenomenal. Loved the coffee pouches available and the attached restaurant/cafe made getting that coffee fix possible. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

This was my third year staying at this hotel, and I will definitely come back again. The hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere, an excellent location, and the rooms are large always clean and well maintained.
What impressed me the most was the front desk staff. They are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had a package sent to the hotel before my arrival, and they kindly agreed to receive it for me. Unfortunately, the tracking information showed that it had been delivered to Nagoya instead of Kyoto. Since I don’t speak Japanese, I thought the package was lost and had almost given up.
The hotel staff went above and beyond by calling Japan Post on my behalf, communicating with them, and finding out what had happened. They informed me that the package would actually be delivered later that day. Even better, they continued to follow up with Japan Post and proactively checked when it would arrive without me even asking. Thanks to their help, I finally received my package.
I have stayed in many hotels, but the level of service here is truly exceptional. Their kindness and willingness to help made my trip much less stressful. Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Hotel Rings Kyoto!
