The location was great, very close to the centre but no road noise as on a pedestrianised street. I could glimpse the river from my room which was a bonus. Had an upmarket feel but not too expensive. One of the restaurant staff helped me put my bag in storage when I arrived early and brought my bag up the first flight of stairs. It was lovely to hear ducks quacking from my room!
It was a bit of a pain having no elevator as I had a heavy suitcase and was on the third floor. While the restaurant helps out hotel guests, it would be nice if there could be a dedicated hotel reception. Digital check in was fiddly with being asked to pre check in then actually check in. The toilet was too close to the shower door.

The property is very central and the room was clean and modern. The breakfast was good :)
Their online check in didn’t work properly, which is not nice when its the kind of hotel without a true front desk. We did get help though and our keys were provided quickly in their bar next door. The AC didn’t seem to be working. If you like to sleep without noise, this is not the place.. since its central and they have a bar/restaurant, it is very lively in the evening. Other than good, it was fine.
