We booked our recent stay through Booking.com. Before arriving, I noticed on the hotel’s official website that complimentary airport transfers were offered for stays of two nights or more, but it was not clearly stated that this was only available to guests who booked directly through the hotel.
We communicated with the hotel via WhatsApp, and I expressed my disappointment about the misunderstanding. To our delight, the hotel was not only willing to honour the complimentary transfer, but Sinan, the Front Office Manager, also surprised us with a wonderful room upgrade.
The upgrade was spectacular: a beautiful two-storey duplex with a large private patio and wonderful views. After returning from our hot air balloon flight, we were even able to catch the last remaining balloons descending over Cappadocia from our patio, making the experience even more memorable.
With only 11 rooms, the hotel has an intimate and tranquil atmosphere, with impeccable service throughout. The restaurant team provided exceptional service each morning, making breakfast a highlight, along with the fresh fruit and vegetables grown in the hotel’s own garden. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Özlem, who was extremely friendly and shared some great insights for future travels in Türkiye.
One small detail that may not matter to everyone, but was a much-appreciated touch for us, was having an Apple TV made available in our room upon request. As Cappadocia was the final destination of a long trip, we appreciated being able to relax and easily watch shows in English.
What began with a simple misunderstanding turned into a truly memorable stay. Thank you to Sinan, Özlem and the entire team. For anyone planning a visit to Cappadocia, we would happily recommend this little gem and hope your stay is every bit as special as ours was.

The staff were very nice and accommodating.
The in-room hammam room was nice.
WiFi was fast.
Rooms were clean.
The valentines day edible decoration making event was a fun activity and my girlfriend and I enjoyed our time. But there was room for improvement there as well.
Food, food, food. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. We stayed for two mornings, and on both days we were disappointed with the quality of almost everything on the menu and on the table, with the exception of the pastries and honey.
On the first morning, we ordered the fruit plate, and it honestly looked like the cut fruit had been sitting in the fridge for five days.
Dinner was even worse. The only good item was the soup. Everything else was disappointing. The lamb chops were probably the worst I’ve ever had—we had to send them back, and to their credit, they refunded them.
The chef either doesn’t know what he’s doing, doesn’t care, or is simply not qualified.
We ordered avocado toast in the morning and had to send it straight back because it was horrible (how do you get avocado toast so wrong?).
We also ordered the Asian noodle soup with beef flavor, and it tasted like noodle runoff—like the water left over after boiling spaghetti and draining it. It was awful, and we sent that back too.
We moved to the hotel next door "The Museum hotel" and the difference is like night and day... There is much room for improvement at this hotel.
