C'è tanto lavora da fare una bella casa non basta

Appartamento pulito e ben riscaldato Vasca da bagno meravigliosa e vista altrettanto

Non ci sono prodotti da bagno La cucina è alquanto sfornita di attrezzi e spoglia La reception inesistente è a distanza da qualche parte a ponta delgada e sono disorganizzatissimi Mi hanno mandato in una giornata almeno 8 messaggi per sincerarsi che sarei arrivata all'ora indicata al momento della prenotazione, arrivata lì con 5 minuti di anticipo ho dovuto aspettare almeno 20 minuti la persona che ci ha aperto l'appartamento. Ho avuto la pessima idea 😆 di chiedere della colazione il primo giorno. 15 euro a testa per un cestino ridicolo con 2 panini 2 fette di formaggio 2 di prosciutto Yogurt e 2 arance. Al momento della consegna della colazione non avevo contanti per pagare direttamente al che mi hanno tempestato di chiamate durante il giorno per saldare il suddetto importo nonostante avevo ancora due notte riservate nella struttura. In bagno una tenda un po' coprente alla finestra sarebbe stato bellissimo..

Prachtige tuin en ruim appartement

De prachtige tuin en lekker veel ruimte en een goeie badkamer

Er misten wat dingen in huis, een trekker voor de badkamer, theedoeken en vaatdoeken. En kleine standaard benodigheden. Een droogrek, fatsoenlijke mat voor de vuile schoenen uit te trekken, peper en zout, haakjes voor je jas op te buiten enzovoorts. Maar buiten dat een heel fijn en schoon verblijf!! Dus opzich echt zeker niks mis mee!

Incrível e para repetir!

Limpeza impecável e decoração moderna. Localização muito boa. Anfitriões muito simpáticos.

O facto de a entrada para o alojamento ser muito apertada, portanto o carro mal passava e tivemos de ir com as malas aquele caminho todo.

Moc pěkné ubytování, nádherná zahrada a skvěle prostředí Vybavení bytu skvěle,myčka,kávovar,ručníky,župany,spousta nádobí,pračka a sušička Klimatizace funkční a případně lze topit klimatizaci

První patro být 1+kk,koupelna obklopena okny,z průsvitným závěsem,tudíž z venku lze vidět když někdo dělá potřebu a sprcha vidět také-jinak navrženo romantický. Azorsky ,,puch,,který je všude v bytech,specificka vlhkost

It was strange that breakfast was only available ordered 24 hours before… but she didn’t asked when I made the reservation nor did she sent us a request about it

The space and grounds are beautiful and the staff friendly.

The space is beautiful and very comfortable with an amazing garden. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they offered an early check in which was wonderful.

There were white a few sink flies and ants in the kitchen.

Very quiet and large 2-bedroom apartment in a great location on the island to access most key attractions

We had the Cha Verde apartment (property is split in several apartments) and it was absolutely lovely. 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds that can be arranged / joined as double beds, and each with its own bathroom. Both rooms have air conditioning, living room as well Kitchen is very functional and well equipped Outside is a very large garden shared by all guests with reclining seats, really great to have drinks or dinner Laundry space has washing and drying machines

Parking your car in the property is challenging due to the narrow driveway but there are always available spots just in front Related to the above, property is located about 100 meters off the street which is great to ensure it is quiet, but it means you have to walk there on a non paved driveway, or drive but again I wouldn't recommend unless you have a very small car (we had a Peugeot 2008 and it was challenging) Noise isolation between our home and the adjacent one wasn't great

Overall, it is a beautiful place but very poorly equiped and with bad service, not worth the money.

The location is great, the garden is a little gem and the apartment is cozy decorated.

The apartments are not well equipped if you plan to have the minimum comfort for cooking. Only 2 pans, super sticky, very limited utensils (nor even scissors). The power was off during the first night, and the host hadn’t given any phone number, asked to contact via booking. I didn’t receive an answer until the following day (the numbers in google and booking are wrong). Also, the apartments are super noisy, we could perfectly hear the neighbors speaking. Overall, it is a beautiful place but very poorly equiped and with bad service, not worth the money.

Great stay in a beautiful green garden!

The interior and equipment of the apartment was perfect, nothing was missing.

The driveway is really narrow, only for skillful drivers or small cars. Unfortunately the smell inside was quite unpleasant, you could smell a lot of moisture downstairs, obviously gone after opening the windows

Very good

There were almost no pictures so this place was a little surprise. In this area you need to rent a car. There is possibility of parking inside or if you rent a bigger car or youre not skilled driver you can leave the car outside one street above the accomodation. Its pretty safe. There is a wonderful huge garden with place where you can barbeque. Two or three other buildings are in construction and these will be marvelous. There is also construction next to the property but if you leave in the morning and return in the afternoon you dont know the is any construction going on. I liked possibility of using washing and drying machines - they are outside. Houses are more like summer houses or cottages but pretty comfortable and nice. There is no A/C so you need to count with little bit of dampness.

Wi-Fi didnt work. Water in the property is drinkable however I feel strong chlorination so I prefer bottled water.

One week stay

The gardens are amazing. And the little cottage is nicely tucked away and quiet. Very tranquil experience. It would have been amazing if it wouldn’t have rained so much. Couldn’t enjoy the gardens as much as we would have liked.

The kitchen wasn’t as fully equipped as we expected. Very little cutlery, plates, glasses, pots etc. There were a good few spider webs in the corners and water got into the place while it was pouring rain (property is aware of this). Also if you rent a car, make sure it’s small as the driveway is long and very narrow.

Cosy house in a magnificent garden

The house we rented was fantastic with an immense botanic garden shared with the other houses but leaving ample space for everybody. The interior is furbished in Provence style with the living, kitchen and the bathroom situated in the ground floor and two sleeping rooms upstairs.

The only difficulty is the parking, the road leading to the property after passing the fraiont gate is very narrow and requires good driving skills and normal sized cars.
