Great location, amazing view from sea view room. Excellent staff. Check in is a bit hectic as it was very busy but moved along quickly.
Initially we had a mistake with the room - 1 bed not 2. Quick message via Booking.com - quick response and we were moved. Then we asked for kitchen utensils- arrived almost immediately.
Really great service every time we messaged!
It’s important people understand the Roof top pool - is NOT included, only the pool - and gym on level

You have to go down stairs and pay D220,000 each for the day for the the rooftop, glass bottom infinity pool (and I def recommend doing the swim,breakfast deal - D270,000)

Room service was excellent.......
we had an apartment, which included a kitchen.........that means some cooking....but there were no cleaning appliances supplied , no tea towel no detergent, until we asked for some............plus the hotplate didn't work. but one weakness was that there was no instructions on how to use the TV, the air conditioner ,even the shower taps needed help from the room service people....

TV didn’t connect properly to Netflix or to channels. The free WiFi never came on.

Great location, room was tidy,
Staff and communication poor, paid for breakfast 2 nights x 4pax. Only to be told we only paid for adults not children. Never responded to any messages regarding this.
