Lifts were very slow, the free pool was ok but you had to pay to use the large rooftop pool

Closest to all food and amenities in the area. The Ocean View on the 27th floor is absolutely exceptional.
Just required some minor maintenance to shower rose off the wall, draws falling and not sliding, no security box available for valuables, needs extra hangers in bathroom and wardrobe. Apart from that. Excellent place for family.

View from room/balcony was great.
The breakfast options were very good, the breakfast manager was brilliant, always checking on guests , on their needs, going out of his way to help.
The staff at reception could barely understand a word of English, they were mostly quite unfriendly and unwelcoming.
There were no maps of the area available, we were not given basic information about the hotel, lift use, beach front use.
The hours of the pools and beach closure were ridiculously early and the free pool looked like it was urine filled.
