Not happy

I prefer apartment B32 02 to B32 11 We stayed at apartment B32 02 before.

1. Condition of the unit: The information the landlord sent me after my arrival regarding the room-cleaning policy and the complimentary mineral water, tea, and coffee should, in my opinion, have been clearly stated on Booking.com. For example, the information states that the room will only be cleaned free of charge after 3 days, while additional cleaning costs 150,000 VND per time. This is important information that guests should know before booking, rather than only after they arrive. I also have some concerns about the condition of the room. There is a noticeable mouldy smell, and I have taken a photo of what appears to be mould on the ceiling. The sofas are also visibly dirty. I informed the landlord about these issues, and they said they would send someone to check them. However, so far, nothing has been done. 2. Accuracy of the property photos The photos shown on Booking.com should accurately represent the actual condition and appearance of the unit. In my experience, the actual condition of the unit does not appear to match the impression given by the photos on the listing. I believe guests should be able to rely on the listing photos when making their booking decision. A concise summary: 1. Important information not disclosed before booking – The room-cleaning policy and additional cleaning fee should be clearly stated on Booking.com before guests book. 2. Accuracy of property photos – The photos on Booking.com should accurately reflect the actual condition and appearance of the unit. 3. Condition of the unit – There is a noticeable mouldy smell, possible mould on the ceiling, and a visibly dirty sofa. 4. Issues not addressed – I informed the landlord about these concerns. They said someone would come to check, but nothing has been done so far.

This place is a scam, the location and view are the only good things. We were not allowed to pay via card, only cash was

I only liked the location, everything else was terrible

The apartment had a tiny balcony. The bed was squeaking just by sitting on it. Tv doesn’t have Netflix There was a bottle cap on the floor, I was too afraid to check what else is under the bed

That I got to leave

Five years living in Hotels as a nomad and this was the worst checkin experience I have ever had. Asked to repeatedly come back, then asked me to go to the cash machine and get a large sum of cash to pay for our stay, this was note referenced on Booking.com! Then didn’t clean the room everyday and the cleaning staff outside wouldn’t give us clean towels as they said wasn’t their job! Something about multiple cleaning companies in the building. Was a complete joke! Couldn’t even use the rooftop pool unless we paid! Steer clear of this place.

Value for money

On 32nd floor with great views. Room just like the pictures. Balcony small. Great value and location near everything. Pool free. Checking in at panorama hotel reception. Door key card 200k deposit for 1 card. Stayed 10 days.

Servicing of room. Only fresh sheets after 7 days and had to request the change. Towels are old and ready for replacement.
