The Panorama building is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants, spas and shops. The bed was comfy. The check in process was reasonably easy as the host communicated well with us via Whats App prior to our arrival.
Our room was on the 36th floor so we had a great view out over the city in this apartment. This was a pro and a con. Once you accept the Panorama building for what it is. A large, busy apartment building, with a constant hustle which means it always takes time to get in and out of due to the lifts having limited capacity, it isn't too bad.
The Wise apartment was the first apartment in the Panorama complex that we stayed in on our trip to Nha Trang. It was a little bit cheaper than the other apartment we stayed in, and it showed. The apartment was pretty dirty when we arrived, the towels were worn and past their use by date and the apartment was showing signs of wear, including broken tiles on the floor of the shower exposing sharp edges, wallpaper peeling off and black marks on the wall around the AC vent.
Access to the pool on the roof is not included with the apartment. This costs around 220000vnd extra to visit for a day. We were aware of this before we arrived and decided to pay for one day. Aside from the view, which was pretty epic, the experience wasn't great. The pool water was a murky milky colour and there was green and black algae growing on the tiles around the pool. There was a little bit of maintenance taking place while we were there, and unless you are a fan of the Vengaboys, the music was pretty bad.
