Super Lage !! Man ist sofort in der Altstadt

Sehr , sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Empfangsdame . Bei der Buchung hatte ich um ein Zimmer in den Innenhof gebeten - und bekommen . Vielen Dank!! Es war absolut ruhig . Sehr gemütliche Betten !

Das Frühstück ist speziell! Wer ein Brötchen mit Käse oder Marmelade , Müsli oder Joghurt möchte , ist hier falsch . Man kann aus 5 Variationen wählen , von denen eine mächtiger als die andere ist . Für meine Mutter und mich als „ normale Frühstücker „ erschlagend. Ein zweiter Kaffee kostet extra !! Das muss nicht sein .

City break

The hotel is located in the very center on a busy street. Still, it is not noisy in the room. Staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast at the place next door is wonderful (from a menue, not a buffet).

The bathroom was nice and modern, however the lightening was not good for doing makeup, it's quite dark. In the room I would have appreciated a proper chair by the desk.

the location of this property is perfect. Within walking distance of everywhere. the restaurant next door for breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. such choices. Staff were so friendly too. Highly recommended.

Only one shower gel replenished daily for two people.

Dirty as hell

The location and the staff kindness

The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in in Europe. Dust on every surface and stains of all kinds and colours on the walls, especially in the bathroom. I had one shower in 48 hours out of necessity, but I would have avoided it. The feeling was of living in a place where previous guests had left 5 minutes earlier. I reported the situation to the reception desk and they offered me an extraordinary cleaning, but this did not solve anything except a partial removal of dirt in the room but not in the bathroom. I asked for a partial refund which I felt was more than appropriate, especially given the price range of the hotel. After a week of promises to come to my aid I was told to turn to booking.com, a way of discharging all responsibility and possibility of refund, because booking.com cannot solve these issues. Also at the time of booking I had the right to free cancellation, but this was no longer an option immediately after booking. I asked for an explanation and to resolve it (at that moment I needed to cancel due to an unforeseen event that meant I could no longer leave for Gdansk). Again, they told me to contact booking.com because it was not their responsibility. Ultimately nothing is their responsibility, all that remains is the pleasure of collecting customers' money on any terms. I repeat. Super friendly and hospitable reception staff

This hotel has one of the best staff that I’ve seen, very friendly, polite and helpful!

My room was dirty, the bedding and towels didn’t feel fresh and made me feel uncomfortable. The pictures look much better than reality.

The location, the style, the cleanness and the comfort of the bad is amazing. The breakfast in the nearly restaurant also good, but I much prefer the buffet breakfast.

Disappointing

Location is excellent, we have stayed in the hotel before. Rooms are clean, comfy beds.

We were very disappointed with this visit, we stayed here only a few months ago in a basic double room which was excellent. As it was our wedding anniversary we decided to stay in a premium room, it was totally not worth paying the extra money. No mini bar, no toiletries (we had to buy shower gel, the reception person couldn't find any), safe didn't work, no bedside lights, no smart TV. There is no light at all where the mirror and dressing table is, the room was really quite dark. Having stayed in the basic double room we knew all of this was available but the reception people couldn't sort it out over the weekend. On our third and final day the manager apologised and offered us a discount should we stay in Gdansk again, but it felt a little too late. This is a nice hotel in an excellent location, if you stay don't bother with a premium room, stay in a basic one.

Good enough for a short stay.

The property was cozy and homey.. location was good if you want to be close to restos and shops. Its in the old town so expect it to be quite busy, little noisy and crowded. The staff were nice and they were kind enough to organize a cab for us to the airport and gave a wake up call in time! Lovely! Thanks!

The lightings in the room were quite low.. Requested for a decent view in which they said will be able to grant but it was a lousy side we got.

The location is great, the rooms are quite small, but thats not a problem. the price is a bit big for that kind of room.

The bathroom - the shower glass to small so the water is pouring into the bathroom. but still its not a big deal.

Superb

I have like the accessibility, the aesthetics and the comfort of the hotel. It was be perfect for our travel in Gdansk and the differenciation with other hotel is particularly the beauty of decoration.

The only difacts is the price. It was be little expensive but I understand because it was be the same for other hotel in Gdansk

Expensive.

Excellent location - near the restaurants and bars , yet still quiet.

92 euros is pricey for a small room. Room was a bit dusty and the shower was leaking. 2 stripclubs on the same street with pushy people trying to grag the public inside.

Lovely boutique hotel, excellent location

Excellent boutique hotel in a fabulous location. Room exactly as expected, spacious enough, clean, nice bathroom, good having a fridge and Netflix! Lady on reception was very helpful, we were allowed to check-in early, she also gave us extra pillows, glasses and cutlery. We had a room at the back which was quiet and had a nice outlook. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy place to relax for the weekend.

The location of the hotel was close to the center and a perfect area to eat. It was quiet even though the street was busy. The room was a perfect size for a weekend getaway. The room was very clean and went above the standard to keep us safe.

For the bed, there were two twin-size sheets, we thought we were going to have a full-size sheet. Another is the breakfast if you are going to get the breakfast wither have the front desk to order it for you since the restaurant is always full. I was bummed because I wanted to eat there with my voucher.
