Good location, plenty of room in the room, comfortable bed.
I upgraded and paid extra for a balcony, but it wasn’t a balcony that you could sit out on so this is misleading.

The location is fantastic. Very short walks to the center of Madrid and many dining options nearby.
The room was very quiet and the air conditioning a true blessing! The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.

Location in old town was great. Restaurants great
Shuttle didn’t show and had to take a taxi. Traffic is miserable. Madrid airport is confusing and signage is very poor.

Polite staff, good location
The room wasn’t very clean (don’t want to mentioned what we saw from the previous guests!). Too expensive for what they offer..
