Great location. Nice terrace
The “bedroom” was a mezzanine floor so no privacy

Clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen has everything we need.
Noisy and unsafe area.
The location didn't feel safe. A nightclub is right beside the apartment, and another is just three apartments to the right. The street in this area was very dirty. At night, every time we came back with my daughters around 12:00 am, scary security guards treated people very badly, and people were also selling stuff right beside us while we were trying to enter the code. We felt very unsafe. Even in the morning, there were still people drunk, leaving the club at 9:00 am!
Also, it was very noisy at night; we couldn't sleep well because of the music coming from the nightclub and other people partying. It's very close to the Grand Via and the apartment is very nice, but the details said it was safe for families, and that is not true. It's not for families or women travelling alone at all!

David the building host was incredibly helpful and lovely at every interaction, the room was lovely and spacious and the location was super central
The only draw back was some outside noise on Saturday night, it becomes a more lively road in the evenings. But to be expected for such a central spot.

Great central location, walking distance to everything.
Roomy and clean apartment with a comfy bed.
Our room wasn’t available when we arrived, after being told it was ready for us to check-in (at the advertised check-in time). We had to go away and come back later.
We were provided with ear plugs! That was a real worry. The problem was that they were needed - not for one, but two reasons.
The obvious reason was that our room was on the first floor and immediately above a night club. So there was a dum-dum sound all night from the music and then the sound of partying as people were partying in the street.
The less obvious reason was the constant banging - day and night - during the day you can’t really wear the ear plugs though. It sounded like a door banging every 30 to 90 seconds. Bang-bang-bang.
