Loved the location, the balcony and the staff
The jacuzzi bath was an interesting feature but not really practical and the shower
head was very high

Cosy, comfortable hotel in the middle of Madrid city centre, easy access to metro, most attractions are walkable from there. Very nice spread of restaurants and eateries around there. Our room was a cosy small double room, but our friends stayed in a room with a balcony and a view of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will stay again.
No restaurant or BAR at the hotel to catch up with friends but there are plenty around there.

The room was spacious for both of us. the breakfast was also excellent. there was a variety of food to pick from.
The staff service was exceptional.
