Staff was great. Very prompt and efficient check in. The front desk gentleman (Noha) even noticed that we were hungry and tired and quickly called the restaurant to let them know we were coming over (since breakfast had just closed).
Breakfast (which came with the room) was good. Ordered egg white omlette everyday and had oatmeal. They also had traditional Spanish breakfast available.
The room was well appointed and we had a great view of the Galleria Canalejaa and Four Seasons hotel.
Gym was well equipped with weights, kettlebells and weigh resistant machines.
Viktor from concierge/bell desk, was also always very helpful. We accidentally pinned our uber pick up a block away from the hotel and he helped roll our suitcases (3) to the uber.
