I had a wonderful stay at Room Mate Alba. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid, and I really enjoyed the room, the bathroom, and the breakfast buffet. Everything was comfortable and very well maintained.
What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A very special mention has to go to Pablo, who truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, assisting me with everything I needed — from helping me find the right train to Seville to arranging my pick-up to the station and making sure everything went smoothly. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him. His genuine hospitality and willingness to help made a real difference to my stay and is exactly the kind of service you remember after leaving a hotel. He is a real credit to the team.
There was honestly very little I didn’t like. The only minor point was that I found the pillows a little uncomfortable. It would also be nice to have a tissue box provided in the room or bathroom. These are very small details, though, and certainly did not take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

Great location. Walking distance to all the main sights. In a popular area but quiet. No noise disturbance. Nice coffee in the room. Really friendly and helpful reception staff.
Breakfast poor. Recommend the local cafes instead.

This hotel was in a fantastic location. It was boutique style and very comfortable. The rooms were well equipped and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was very good, great choice and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. None of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
