The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The bed was was very comfortable.
The breakfast was very limited, the option I chose was particularly poor.

Room was clean, sheets and towels were new. Sometimes breakfast was good. Location is great.
Very poor maintenance and overall hospitality management is non-existent. I found my room unlocked when I returned from work (maintenance problem?). I reported a lack of hot water 4 times over successive days and each evening was told it was fixed only to have a cool shower the next morning (fortunately the “cold” water in KB is not cold). Due to the above I left a day early to find a better hotel. Unsurprisingly no refund for the unused night was offered.
