Fabulous pool and surrounding gardens which are immaculately maintained. There is no chlorine smell in the pool as they have an alternative natural cleaning system which makes swimming far more pleasant.
The staff were incredibly attentive and caring.
The location is superb. Our room faced the beach and was very peaceful.
The meals and drinks were first class. A good varied menu and all our meals were beautifully presented, extremely tasty and good value.
One initial impression was that there seemingly many rules and instructions, some of which possibly didn't need to be mentioned. These were accompanied by a lot of very helpful and thoughtful guest information and we reached the conclusion that everything was given in good heart and with the focus being on maximising the guest experience. Just a bit of (hopefully) helpful feedback.
