Excellent location in Kas. Super clean. My room has been clean every single day
There is no elevator so it is not easy going up and down the stairs. My room had the lights that were not working properly (I forgot to tell the staff though 😔)

It is spotless, well looked after, pleasant staff and plentiful breakfast. In fact — breakfast is truly exceptional. The range of dishes is spectacular — from bakery, cheeses, to fruit and salad items.
The four person room is a tad small for 4, unless it is a family with two small children.
Also, there is no lift. If your room is on the top floor — it is a long climb. It did not bother us, we had no luggage.
