The staff were amazing. They were so professional and always greeted you at the entrance and were so helpful. They booked us activities, airport transfers, laundry services and accommodated an early check in. We were very impressed.
The property does need some maintenance.

We stayed at the hotel for the second summer vacation in a row. It’s hard to choose a hotel in Kas – there are too many options. This one is fairly priced, clean, has great breakfasts and, what’s more important to me and my wife, is just a step away from a perfect beach club with turquoise waters.
It is super close to the center, and parking is not a real problem. You just stop for a minute, ask the friendly staff to help you with your luggage, and then park your car at the end of the street, 5 minutes away.
They don’t provide beach towels, be ready to buy your own.

The location even the view is not the best because of the lights and the sea view is overrated and the size of the room
1. Ventilation of the property and the bathrooms

3. Noise cancellation is zero, disturbing sleep day and night
4. Wifi is weak
