Ideal property for anyone wanting a home-from-home experience in a quiet location and this was the perfect choice for us

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near bus routes, Centennial Park, restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also in a quiet area. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bed linen. Plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space for us to fully unpack. Also liked that there were 2 blinds on each window providing plenty of shade. Kitchen was well equipped too. Lovely thick towels in bathroom too. As we had a long stay here, it really felt like a home-from-home.

The laundry room whilst well equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, needed a good clean and the floor swept. The lock on the door was faulty which I brought to the attention of the lettings company. (I managed to temporarily fix it but the next guests would have problems with it).

Location is great . Quiet and spacious. Laundry and dryer available too. Parking outside the building . TV with Netflix Lovely shower and.water pressure.

Apartment in a good location

It’s a beautiful apartment and looks exactly like the pictures. It came with a fully equipped kitchen, cable tv, wifi, laundry room etc. It was close to all amenities. After we gave it a proper cleaning ourselves and purchased our own bedding we were happy.

It wasn’t as clean as we’d like it to be. The dishes in the cupboard still had pieces of food stuck to it and it was sticky. We found someone’s underpants and some candy wrappers under the couch and bed. The bedding was strange. the duvet had no covers and we had to basically sleep under sheets and a naked duvet. The laundry room was exceptionally dirty and we had to manually unblock the sink for the water to drain. This might sound like minor issues, and easily rectified, which it was… but for the price I expected better in terms of cleanliness.
