Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, 24 hour free coffee and water, very close walk to Roma Termini station
It isn’t easy to locate and doesn’t have 24 hour staff on site so must make appointment time for arrival.

Room was very spacious, newly renovated. Air conditioning was very good.
Bed very comfortable. Nice shower.
Excellent breakfast & coffee. Staff were friendly.
It’s a hidden gem very close to Roma termini train station
Reception not open 24 hours so door to lobby was locked when we arrived 30 minutes earlier than our expected arrival.
Rooms are up 4 floors of stairs but there is a very small elevator that worked well.
Marble staircase in photo is simply wallpaper inside the small lobby.
