Hotel Genova in Rome was absolutely wonderful! The location was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next visit to Rome!

The location was very good. We were within walking distance of the Colosseum, the Forum and the train station. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. They stored our luggage while we toured on our day of departure.

I liked that it was close proximity to Roma Termini, the room was clean and housekeeping did their thing every day also the breakfast was great
The WiFi was horrible barely even worked and the Ac didn’t work no matter how much we adjusted the thermostat. Also there were bottles of water in the fridge that wasn’t free which we knew and they tried to charge us for it even though we didn’t use it
