Location was great as we wanted close to termani. Rooms clean and comfortable and staff very lovely and helpful.

I liked that it was close proximity to Roma Termini, the room was clean and housekeeping did their thing every day also the breakfast was great
The WiFi was horrible barely even worked and the Ac didn’t work no matter how much we adjusted the thermostat. Also there were bottles of water in the fridge that wasn’t free which we knew and they tried to charge us for it even though we didn’t use it
