Great location clean and comfortable

The location was good Close to the city which is what I was after

It was very noisy being on a major road The decor was very dated but the unit was clean and comfortable

Great for short stays

Very clean, surprisingly quiet, beds were comfortable.

There was no coffee machine as advertised, Would have been great to have a toaster. The continental breakfast was essentially cereal, two fruits and a small museli bar which I personally found a stretch but the kids loved it. The car park is first come first served and ridiculously tight but we did get a park each of the three nights we were there.

Small family room for five people. The sofabed is only suitable for a child or a short person.

Affordable and in a great location!

Proximity to the train station - very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast in little packs was nice so there was no waste.

It would be great if there was more security around the lift. The gate at the top of the outside stairs locked which was secure, however anyone could just walk in through the carpark and go up the lift - there was no code or swiping of room key to get in.

OK place in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs

Location is good. Big room with kitchen.

Didn't like the 'breakfast in a box' with virtually the same offerings every day. Boring. Nobody cleaned my room for 2 days and the receptionist guy was trying to blame me for not putting the 'clean my room' sign out. I spend many months a year on holiday and know what to do when it comes to putting signs out. After I complained, the room was then cleaned.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy przelotowej New South Head Road z centrum do dzielnic wschodnich. Pokoj od strony parku bardzo cichy, slychac tylko spiew ptakow. Edgecliff Train Station kilka minut spacerkiem, a stamtad sprawnie i szybko pociagami i busami wszedzie w promieniu 150 km od Sydney. Czysto, TV, lodowka, mikrowave, opiekacz do chleba, czajnik, duzo kawy, cukru i herbaty, mleko, chleb, cereals, dzemy i maslo na sniadanie. Wygodne lozko, biala posciel i reczniki. Wlasciwie wszystko, co potrzebne do wypoczynku.

Bardzo niesympatyczne osoby w recepcji. Zadaja dokumentow (paszport i karta kredytowa) do skopiowania i ostentacyjnie sprawdzaja pokoj przed wymeldowaniem, w odpychajacy i odtrazajacy sposob sugerujac, ze goscie sa od poczatku podejrzani o brak przyzwoitosci. Takie zachowanie swiadczyc jednak moze o braku taktu ze strony managementu.

didnt sleep well due to bed. only there for one night

legs on one side of bed were broken or not on at all which made the bed slope to the bottom corner, very ordinary

Good area to be close to the station and shops , but wasn’t worth the money

Will go again and book this place and will arrive early to get a park!

It’s right on the main rd, in a lush area. All around are winding roads, big trees and birds aplenty, it’s hard to believe you’re only a few km from a big city. Bays are close and so is a useful shopping centre and train station. Towels were replaced everyday and staff were discreet. The bathroom was spacious. Unit had 2 AC which was great!

The walls are paper thin. You can hear the noise from 3 adjoining units. If you miss out on 1 of the 12 car parking spots you’re doomed. Bathroom really needs a fan which is a pretty standard item.

Wifi did not work. Fridge had been turned off and leaked on the floor. Room was filthy and smelt like cigarette smoke. Smudges of dirt and god knows what splattered up all of the walls. Dirty hand prints visible on the wall too. Breakfast was two cheap slices of white bread in a plastic pocket. The worst part was the Parking! So small and cramped and poorly designed. Glad I arrived early and was able to get a spot otherwise there is zero other options! It is not a motel. Some other guests helped to guide me out in my car when I was leaving. Usually motels are made to accommodate travelling guests with cars.. Awful. I was worried to even toast my cheap bread after a stern talk at check in. And after all that I got to listen to colourful arguments and drug deals at 3am.
