The location. Within minutes to Sydney harbour and edgecliff train station
When you first walk outside the traffic noise is very loud. But inside it’s quiet

There are some very good things about this budget hotel, the room is very adequate spacious with all necessary items.
Also, the hot water was good as were the daily room service and breakfast packs. Access to the room 24/7 was simply with the room key with no clichés.
Some spaces for private cars but I believe its first in first serve.
No fault of the hotel but it is right on New South Head Road with continuous and noisy traffic.
Resupply of food is about 1 kilometer away at the Edgecliff rail station.
There is no dining room, and the front lounge is sparse.
Nevertheless, it is a workable and practical hotel.
