Staff are very friendly and the accommodation is good value for money.
Sadly some of the surfaces were dusty but otherwise we had an enjoyable stay.

The rooms are clean, modern and tidy. The staff were courteous and pleasant.
The stay was perfectly acceptable and represented good value, but unusually the sum of the parts was less than it could potentially have been. Despite a good team the place lacks leadership. Booking.com advised that free breakfasts were available but the premises only fulfil that on one morning of the stay. The food was generally poor and a little chaotic.

Conveniently situated for a nearby wedding. We were able to check in early and take a key with us for late night access. Friendly staff. Very clean room and facilities
Shocking lack of communication from the management team eg no ability to leave a phone message and no response to a query sent via the app the day before we were due to arrive. Some road noise at night although our room was at the back of the building.

The cleaner and the young lady who checked us in were great. Other staff not so great.
Clean room.
Average food quality, but prices are low so you get what you pay for ......
Majority of staff could use some customer facing training skills, fast.
Not nice to listen to the young barman throwing up in the gents toilet while you eat your breakfast.
Don't expect a pub to run out of bacon at breakfast time.
Manager needs to be on site more often, we waited two days out of a 3 night stay to resolve one problem.
