כמו סיני רק באילת ועם אוכל מצוין ואנשים מסבירי פנים

הצוות היה מהמם, בעיקר מעיין מהקבלה. בחדר אוכל היה מגוון של היצע ובסה״כ ארוחת בוקר מאוד מפנקת וטעימה. הצוות בחדר האוכל היה מקסים.

דברים קטנים כמו שמיכה שנראית בלויה על המיטה וברז מים ללא המכסה שמעל (בורג בולט)

הנאה בחיק הטבע

המיקום מדהים. אהבנו את האווירה והמתקנים. גן עדן לילדים, לכלבים ולצעירים.

הניקיון במזנון על החוף ובמסעדה על החוף טעון שיפור. גם התחזוקה בחדרים נמוכה למדי.

לא נעימה

יקרה ולא הולמת את התשלום .

הצוות בקבלה לא היה שירותי ולא ידע לתת מענה בעת הצורך . לא היו מים חמים במקחלחת. בדיאבד הצוות היה מודע לבעיה ולא עדכן אותנו . בשני הפעמים שהתקלחנו , היו מים קרים מאוד . הבטיחו לזכות אותנו וטרם בוצע זיכוי . בנוסף , הבטיחו פיצוי/ הטבה לחופשה הבאה , וטרם קבלנו את הפיצוי . פשוט חוויה לא נעימה כשאתה מגיע לחופשה ששילמת עליה המון .

המאבטח בחניה היה מאוד לא מסביר פנים נאמר שהמטבח מאובזר , אך לא היה כל כך מאובזר עדיף להגיד פשוט להביא דברים . והיה נחמד לשפר את הניקיון במסעדה שם השהות היתה פחות נעימה

Great place for relaxing.

Good private beach. Nice restaurant with good prices. Friendly staff.

Staff was a bit unexperienced, probably because we went during the summer holiday. No real hiking trails nearby.

Superb

Perfect location with a view to both the Golan heights and Mount Arbel. Great vibe with both the staff and the awesome people who arrived as travelers. Yoga studio - amazing view to the Kinneret and a great instructor!

Food isn't high quality like other Selinas Ive been to.

I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities- the rooms, the pool and the beach. The place has great vibes- young and chill, great for a group of travelers. I absolutely LOVED that we could bring our dog - she had the time of her life!

What can be improved (significantly)- there’s no service from the restaurant in the pool area. So to order snacks or drinks you need to walk down all the way to the beach (and in 1000 degrees it’s a big hassle) Also, the service in the beach bar is very bad. You need to wait 15 min until someone notices you. But everything else was great

This was the first time we stayed at a Salina property, and probably the last...

The place was really noisy. We came here to get some rest and peace, and the place was hectic. The facilities aren't clean at all, and it seems the staff didn't really care about ut.

Good facilities, poor experience

The facilities (beach, swimming pool, restaurant and room) were great. When we asked to separate our beds, this request was accommodated without too much hassle.

There was loud music throughout the property the entire time. Both in the swimming pool and at the beach. This made it seem as though we were staying at an all-inclusive resort without the benefits of staying at such a resort and made relaxing difficult. When we arrived at breakfast at 10:15 there was a massive group (approximately 5 busses) which had started a party. People were drinking and most of the breakfast had been eaten. We were left with a salad. Throughout the day they had spread out over the property and crowded all tables, chairs and the pool. This negatively impacted our stay and made that we decided to leave earlier than planned. Overall, the hotel was much larger than expected and a disappointment after coming from the quiet and more enjoyable northern part of Israel.

It did not meet our expectations, and when we needed to move to a different hotel they did not give us any consideration

The location by the sea of Galilee is nice. It was delightful to see families having fun by the pool and throughout the grounds including the sandy beach and cafeteria.

The property seems good if someone is in the mood to camp and rough it a bit. The room they gave us was cramped and water leaked out from the shower - and it was noisy and not at all what we expected.

Overpriced

Location is the only thing good at this place

Its overpriced for what it has to offer. Room is super small, horrible bed, terrible night sleep and noisy. The kitchen is disgusting, the employees dont clean nothing,not helpful at all. Breakfast was not included but I didn't know ,they didn't inform even the option to have Breakfast at extra charge at check-in. In any case wouldnt want to give more money to this place.

Location, vibes and easy going about dogs, friendly atmosphere, music at the pool & beach in enjoyable volume, on-premise pricing is reasonable, kids loved it

5 days stay and there was no cleaning of the room, although stayed during high season - value for money is doubtful, other places with similar location offer more for this price, so it’s a bit of a over-hype. noise level is high depending on which room you stay at.

As a glamping resort it is very nice but should not be considered a hotel or priced this way

The facilities of the hotel are great. Everything looks brand new, with a cozy architectural style.

Unfortunately, the hotel administration seems to be disorganized. When I arrived, nobody was at the reception and there was a handwritten sign in Hebrew with a mobile phone, but nothing written in English for tourists. We called this number and got in touch with the hotel staff, that said that they tried to reach me to cancel my reservation but there was no information about it on the booking platform (PS: everything was already paid and confirmed on Booking). In the end, he handled the situation and "allowed" us to stay in the booked room. It was a very uncomfortable situation... I don't understand why the hotel was so empty and disorganized regarding the administration because the space and facilities themselves are great, but the experience...

Exceptional

The place is really unique. We came by a car which we parked for free in front of property. The room was nice and cosy. Very simple furnishing. Clean bed, blankets, towels. There is shared kitchen were You can cook, prepare sth to drink, although there was lack of cups and plates. We had our own cups. The complex has private access to the lake and volleyball field. Between houses there are many roofed places and hammocks.
