We loved everything about this hotel, from the vibe, to the food, to the wonderful staff! We could not have asked for more. The resort is gorgeous. It's a little Thailand-type of Oasis on the Kinneret.
Everything was great! The only issue was the shampoo, conditioner adn soaps were not refilled.

הצוות במקום עשה מעל ומעבר בשבילנו! רביב אחחד הבעלים שמע שיש להורים שלי בעיה עם החדר כי הם מבוגרים והיה להם קשה לעלות במדרגות והוא פשוט הפך עולמות כדי לעזור להם בנוסף- הקפה ביום שבת!!! רק בשביל זה שווה להגיע, נמאס לי ממקומות שלא מגישים קפה טוב בשבת- זו ממש חוויה אחרת.
בחוף הכנרת אין כלום- לא כיסא לא שימשייה- כלום, הצוות הסביר שמדובר בשמורת טבע והם מנועים אבל זה היה קצת מבאס.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool area was great, and the location by the Sea of Galilee is perfect. It was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a family getaway.
Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations, and we really enjoyed our stay. A few small details could be improved, but overall it was a great experience.

Friendly staff, clean area.
Room: not even a bedside table, no closet. The plaster is peeling off, the bed linen is old and has holes Breakfast: pancakes, potatoes - everything is COLD!!!
