Momento Muito Bonito, Grato pela Paisagem e pelas Pessoas

Muita Simpatia + Vista excepcional do quarto 05 + conforto, tranquilidade e qualidade do espaço + cozinha e pequeno almoço + percurso muito simpático até ao centro com a vista da ilha do Pico

O valor é significativo, embora compreenda + a ventilação do duche poderá ser facilmente melhorada permitindo mais rápida e eficaz secagem de toalhas e espaço ou talvez com radiador

Da disponibilidade, atenção e hospitalidade da Sra Inês. Da comida caseira, especialmente, iogurtes e bolos maravilhosos, confeccionados pela proprietária. Instalações modernas e bem cuidadas.

O tempo nos últimos dias, mas, ainda bem que, nesse ninguém manda.

Buena base de operaciones

Lugar excelente como base de operaciones para ver la isla, habiendo alquilado un coche claro… Lugar tranquilo con excelentes instalaciones, fácil aparcamientos, buenas vistas y excelente personal. Desayuno de 08:00-10:00 incluido, completo, pan, cereales, mantequilla, embutido, leche, café, zumo, frutas, etc… Teniendo a disposición esa gran cocina que nunca he visto una tan tan completa en un alojamiento así, lo adjunto en las fotos, pero tiene de todo, para mi lo mejor una cafetera superautomática a tu disposición… Wifi, información turística, puertas con código. Sitio recomendable!

Le haría falta más insonorización a las habitaciones.

Perfect staying

Inés was perfect, she gave us a lot of recommendation. The hotel was absolutely above our expectations and also the delicious breakfast.

Ocean view

We had room nr 5 at the front of the building. As H18 is a little up the hill, we had gorgeous views of Horta and the ocean and the island opposite Pico and its majestic mountain. H18 is modern and fresh. Our room was spacious and bright and very quiet at night, with a tiny terrace with sea views. Bed was good and shower strong. Breakfast was nice in the morning, with good nespresso coffee and a selection of bread, cheese and ham, marmelade and yoghurt. Parking is easy in front of the building.

Good stay

We got room 2 and 5 (if I recall correctly). Which I think were the best (first one with a view, last one a bit farther from the road). They were both well equipped, clean and confortable with clim. Ines is very friendly and welcomed us nicely with useful information. Common Kitchen is practical. Breakfast was good and diversified and we loved the daily cake :-)

One way road can be bit noisy and sound insulation between the rooms is not the best. But the neighbours were very quiet and bed very comfortable to make up for it, so all in all a good address in Faial.

This place is wonderful - the staff is lovely, happy and welcoming. The place has all the conveniences you could possibly ask for, the kitchen is well equipped and the breakfast gears toward most tastes with a mix of breads, spreads, fruit and cereal. The beds are wide and comfortable with good quality linen and the rooms have air conditioning, which is well needed part of the year. When you come downstairs in the morning the tables are beautifully laid out in a personal way, according to room occupation, just as should be but rarely is at B&B's. There is a kettle and espresso machine for guests to use daytime at their convenience and even some homebaked goods to go with your cup. The place is a solid 10, especially considering value for money. Even the location would be a 10, if you don't mind the exercise or travel by taxi all the time. H18 is about a 10 minute walk up hill from the coastline and Horta marina.

Great place for the money.

We had a car so the location was good. Street brought right into the middle of town. Looked as if the entire place had been remodeled. Everything seemed new.

The only thing we didn't like were the sewer flies in the bathroom. We noticed other hotels with the same issue. It appears that in Portugal there are not traps under the sink that would prevent the mild sewer smell.

Great accomodation!

We stayed four nights. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There were parking spots in front of the house.

During heavy winds the room door made little shaking noises.

Our room was super clean and the location of the hostel is very nice! Also, the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was prepared lovely and we enjoyed it very much. Our room was on the ground floor and it was a bit sharp-eyed. However, we slept perfectly fine because it was very silent at night.

Awesome. would definitely stay there the next time we travel to Horta

it was quiet beds comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. The two women that work there are friendly caring and make you feel at home. Easy check in and check out. it far exceeded my expectations

Lovely, very clean and quiet. Extremely friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent, home-made muffins, yoghurts, cheese and milk, excellent coffee! Definitely a place to stay in Horta!

Well located, pleasant and affordable accommodation in Horta

The friendliness of staff. Fátima and Inês did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Also, everything was spotless and the decor was very nice. Easy and available parking just across the street. Good breakfast.
