Great guest house with good facilities. Host is available and helpful. Comfortable beds and finally a place with mirror in the room.
Just minor improvement ideas:
A mirror would be useful both in the shower room and the bathroom with toilet (above the sink). A small chair to put your stuff on (not just hangers) in the shower would be nice. Power outlet in the bathroom to use hair drier would be useful.
You need a car to get here, bc it’s a bit out of the city center. But if you have a car, everything can be reached in a few minutes.

It is a lovely little hotel in a great position. The gardens and the interior are spotless. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. They have water you can drink from the tap which is a bonus.

Super friendly staff; I asked for recommendations and was given a plethora of great info and directions. Nice to have tap water available to drink (from their own source). House was nice and bed was super comfortable
Location was a little out of the way of the main points, however the proximity to the lake is perfect if you don’t want the commercial side. I was in room 1 which didn’t have great blinds and also a light on right outside so it wasn’t dark at all. Also pretty noisy, you can hear other guests but also outside like the neighbours barking dogs. Nothing that really matters and was made up for in helpful staff but something to be wary of!

Friendly owner. Nice clean bright affordable room with large table. Large kitchen to use. WiFi was ok.
Location was ok but a bit remote from the town and the beach nearby isn't very nice compared to other locations on the lake.
The rooms in July were hot. No fans or aircon.
