The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the quality of the facilities and service. For a stay of one or two nights, it can be an excellent option
The only downside is that the surrounding neighborhood feels rather run-down and unattractive, although the hotel building itself is perfectly fine and well maintained. From the outside, it looks more like a student dormitory than a hotel. It is also somewhat far from the city center, so getting around may take a bit longer. However, if you don't mind the location, it can still be a practical option for a short stay.

部屋がとても綺麗で、アメニティも揃っていて、素晴らしかったです。また、朝食も、チーズ、ソーセージ、フルーツ、パン、ヨーグルトなど、非常に満足でした。
隣室への扉があり、生活音が多少聞こえました。

Очень хороший отель на окраине Балыкчы. Удобно добираться на машине, есть парковка. Очень просторный номер, удобная кровать. Замечательная хозяйка/сотрудница. Утром был вкусный завтрак.
Из пожеланий - хотелось бы, чтобы шторка в душе была со всех сторон, а также добавить хотя бы одну полочку для косметики.

Das Personal war nett Frühstück war in Ordnung und es war ruhig.
Die Lage war sehr schlecht und nur ganz ganz am Ortsrand nahe dem Industriegebiet. Es gibt auch fast keine Restaurants oder Supermärkte in der Nähe.
