I liked the location, near temple and the walkable path to Nishiki Ichiba market.
The bathroom sink was a little clogged, and it smelled bad.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The onsen was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the happy hour from 6 to 8 pm. Perfect location to explore Kyoto. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location, within walking distance to the Gion district. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and basic toiletries provided in the bathroom.
The room had a large window without a proper blind to block out the light at night. As a result, it was impossible to sleep comfortably with the room fully illuminated. Additionally, on the night I stayed, unfortunately there was a malfunction with the fire alarm system, and starting at 6 a.m., the alarm went off every 30 minutes. Resting was impossible

I liked the location of the hotel very central and the price was not that expensive.
The room was very small, the service provided by staff was not to really high standards for Japan with only the exception of 2 staff members (one quite young man and an elder gentleman). The shower had some hair and the room size was very small.
