Loved our stay here. We had the family look and it was perfect, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and courteous from front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Room is spacious, good location and staff is very friendly, helpful and patient with the kids
Breakfast is good
The room was very dusty… underneath the bed was all dust… hangers are dusty too
Stayed there for 3 nights, breakfast spread is the same for all 3 days.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome!
Also the room was wonderful. Spacious, and the washer in the room was incredibly helpful!
The espresso machine was a very nice touch, and the rooftop balcony was so nice!
The area was a bit away from where we wanted to spend most of our time while in Kyoto, so we had to be more strategic about our outings.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming.
