My room was fine; clean and tidy and a quiet aspect at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety and a few different items each day; some hot, some cold. The location is excellent for public transport and easy access if approaching by car. There is an excellent restaurant within 5 minutes walk; The Dubrovnik Grill - serving Croatian food.
The price! For the end of September I didn't expect to have to pay city centre prices! 115 euros for B and B was not what I call "good value for money" However the location suited me, which is why I chose this hotel.

Great breakfast, free parking for guests, really clean and spacy room
The hotel is next to a main road and the traffic noise is intense if you open the windows. It was a hot day on a room without air conditioning and we could not sleep with the windows open because of the noise.
Even though the room was clean, there was a smell from the drainage of the bathtub.
