It’s in a great location with the tram lines right outside the door
The family room was very small tiny tv no English channels only one plug in the room bathroom was extremely warm and for a family of four not enough toilet paper given breakfast was ok but not a fantastic choice of hot food in the mornings maybe add some waffles or pancakes especially for kids

Lady at reception when we arrived was so helpful. Spoke excellent English.
Very good quality varied breakfast options. Staff very professional.
On a main road so some traffic noise but on the flip side near tram stop for connectivity.

Toothpaste on side of hand basin
Bed not that comfortable as it was 2 small singles pushed together so very uncomfortable ridge in middle
