We were upgraded and our room had balcony and seating area. So close to the town centre, restaurants, bars and castle. Good parking but tricky to get in - not for large cars. Nice staff. Fridge. Quiet. Big wardrobes.
The bed was awful. Hard, squeaky and noisy. Every time my partner moved it woke me up and vice versa. Door stop in floor just in front of loo. I trod on it several times. No kettle, tea or coffee. Breakfast was wanting!

The room was very spacious and the location was excellent.
Parking arrangements were not clear but we parked close by in a public area.

The hotel is very well situated in the old town of Olite, very close to everything one wants to visit. Driving directions to find the hotel given to me via WhatsApp, and parking was very good. The receptionist recommended the restaurant "Casa del Preboste" for lunch which was excellent! The staff on the morning we left went out of their way to help us look for an earring which I lost when dressing.
I think that if the hotel was not full that weekend, they could have given us another room, not No. 108, which we found is immediately above the restaurant and bar. On Friday night the noise which turned out was moving chairs and tables after dinner, and the disco music on Saturday night was a surprise for such an otherwise quiet and pleasant hotel. I do not think it was full. Travellers do not take Room No. 108!

The shower was strange and pretentious.
Check out was normal.
The hotel place is good, not far from the royal palace.
The check in process was fulfilled "on line", the staff was absent at the entrance.
The parking was slightly difficult to use.
At the room electrical sockets was placed only at the one wall, far from the bed.
