Excellent location, with many famous sights nearby. Public transport very efficient and frequent to just about anywhere you want to go. Staff friendly, polite and ready to help. The bedrooms were spotless. Well done to the housekeeping staff. We left them generous tips for their hard work. The breakfast buffet was one of the best of any hotel I've stayed in from luxury to budget. The breakfast staff worked tirelessly to keep food items stocked up.
The only criticism is the cold air feature in my room 304 - on the coldest setting it wasn't cold enough.
