Good base for exploring the city. The hotel seems to be part of a new residential complex. Though the room was a bit small, we didn’t really missed the extra space. The bed and pillows were very good, room was clean, the restaurant downstairs had a very good breakfast and was open till late in the evening for those that are interested in eating at the hotel.
Some rooms that are facing the main road might be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

Great location for the marathon, friendly staff, very clean, comfy bed.
There was a glitch with the TV, it came on at 3:15am and 6am which was annoying. More fundamentally, they need much better sound insulation for the windows on street-side, you can hear way too much noise from the people drinking/ eating downstairs. And no kettle!
