Sauna and steam room.
Jacuzzi wasnt working, rooms very dated no fridge in room heating didn't work,breakfast was unorganised.

Location was good, breakfast was good and general condition was ok.
I was in a third floor room without air conditioning (only found out this was only available in deluxe rooms once I raised the issue on check out) the desk fan in the room was ineffective given the sauna like conditions due to the recent hot weather. Made for an uncomfortable stay.
The shower area didn’t have a place to rest soap as would be expected. Some of the decor is looking tired and in need of updating.
The lift was also out of order so needed to use the stairs to access the room.
