Great location for Henderson, right next to Lake Las Vegas. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the village. Check in process was very easy.

The location is great IF you want to stay in/around Lake Las Vegas. IF you plan on spending time in/around Las Vegas it's a bit of a drive. In my opinion it would be nice for the rental to have a larger color tv in the living room, larger tv in the room with the king and one in the queen bedroom. The patio was nice and had easy access to the restaurants & shops in the plaza. The local grocery store does have a nice selection, it does close at 7pm.

This unit was very spacious, clean, good location away from the strip. Good Commuinication between owner, quick responses to any questions, love the little village like surroundings. Made us feel as if we were in Italy. Has its own grocery store, hair and nail salon, bouquets, restaurant and bar and grill. Great experience. Would love to return to this unit again.

Cute! Great bang for your buck!
We had a wonderful time staying here. We celebrated a loved ones birthday. They got a room near the pool, and that’s what we wanted, as well. It’s a short walk down to the pool. There’s an elevator if you rather skip the stairs. My aunt didn’t like that our view was of other buildings, but I thought it was at least attractive shops, that felt like you were in Europe somewhere. My only complaint was minor; the cheap wire, shower caddy, hanging in the master shower. It didn’t hold anything very well. It was easily unsteady and the shampoo would roll off onto the shower floor.. kind of a pain.. don’t they sell good ones at Ross, for something like only $20…? Hopefully that gets upgraded. Bring hair conditioner if you use it. We didn’t have any supplied in the room. But the market is close by. Just past the pool, down the steps. The carpets look like they are due for a good steam cleaning.. I only notice carpets because I have two toddlers that are often playing on the floor.. other than that, I thought the room was very clean. The owners were responsive and showed genuine concern for any issues we brought up. I would recommend this place to others.

Clean and quiet. Parking is a little bit of a hassle as there is nothing right at the building. The shower door in the 2nd bedroom would not stay closed during shower time. Needs a new magnet.

Parking is a bit of a walk, but you can unload right at the door for a short time. The close location to the lake and walking trail was a huge plus.
Unfortunately, there was some construction to nearby properties which ruined the ambiance and calmness of our stay for a couple of days. I know this isn’t the fault of the property owners. It’s just a bummer when you’re trying to sleep in and relax by the pool to have sawing and hammering occurring for hours.
Beds were comfy but desperately need better pillows. Carpet needs replaced but the bathrooms were big, beautiful, and clean. I recommend adding another dining room chair and replacing the 2 chairs in living room to more comfortable one’s.

The shower door doesn’t close tightly. Kitchen walls have paint patches. Need totally repainted. Baseboards need repainted. They are marred and scratched badly. The carpet is fraying and looks dirty. I wore shoes the entire time. You don’t have a full set of silverware for 4 people! 2 salad forks and 3 entre forks! You don’t even have 4 glasses to drink from. Buy some pot holders for your guests. The outdoor furniture on patio is unstable and table rocks and could use nicer cushions. The cushions on living room chairs are flat! Need replaced. The mattresses on beds and linens are very nice. The towels are wonderful. Happy the refrigerator and stove works well shower heads work great. The bathrooms are pretty. Love the layout of condo. It’s very nice. Pool is very nice snd clean. The grounds are beautiful. I would stay there again if there was major upgrade inside of the condo.

Love lake Mead but...
We loved everything about this place except the A/C in our room was not working at all!!! On the hottest day in history the property managers as not helpful at all. I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot in the room very uncomfortable room 207 was the worst!!! We need a refund

Needs to be updated for sure! One of the pools was not working and was freezing. The pool area was nice although the pools a bit dirty. We loved how quiet it was but wasn’t very happy that the property location felt a little abandoned.

Great two bedroom/two bath unit perfect for couples, families, or anyone wanting a perfect Vegas getaway. Property is well-kept and amazingly quiet, while close to all the fun Begas has to offer. The amenities of the property (pool, gym, etc) are complimented by great restaurants and activities in the village setting. Windermere personnel (especially Raymond) were great to work with. We have also rented via other sites/services, but will only use Windermere in the future based on the great units they represent as well as the better prices and service.

We stayed in this unit in January. The location is great. You can walk out to a number of restaurants.There is also a grocery store just minutes away on foot. At the grocery store there is also a wash and fold service or you can use the machines in the building. Raymond, from Windermere Properties met us at check in and was quick to answer any questions we had. Lake Las Vegas is a very pleasant, quiet and safe location. My only complaint was the quality of the lighting in the bathroom. A couple of higher lumen led lights would solve that. Overall though, a pleasant stay. Thanks.

Needs upgrading!!! The apartment itself was a decent size but it needed many upgrades. When we arrived we were greeted with a heavy smell of carpet freshener (it clearly needed to be changed, it looked original to the place to me... why not put hardwood?). We opened all windows and balcony doors to air it out for a couple of hours and even after that there was a stale stench when you walk into the apt. The mattresses were hard, the pillows were like a rock (they were all memory foam). The TVs were a joke, the main one was a small, probably 32 inch, the one in the master was the boxy kind from the 80s, did not even try to turn it on. The couches and couple of armchairs were old and worn out. The hallways always smelled of some food, most probably of the restaurant that is right downstairs. You could not open any windows in the hallway either. The gym was cramped and old as well. There was no game room of any sorts, although there were plenty of common/meeting rooms that clearly nobody used. Clearly they did not think of kids in this place. The location is a sad and empty place, really a ghost town. There are a few restaurants on site and I honestly have no clue how they even stay in business, there was not a soul there. Most shop fronts were empty and for lease. We stayed from dec 28-jan 1st and it was a very low/no energy place. The only place that was a pleasant surprise was the grocery store, it was a good size with lots of stuff, really a mini grocery store which was perfect because there is none close by as this location is a bit of a drive from anything. The surrounding area looked very nice, the houses looked great and they appeared to have a nice views as well. Unfortunately we did not stay at those houses so it was really just a pick-me-up as you are leaving or approaching the place. I would NOT stay here again, not just this particular apartment, but the whole immediate area around that particular building...sad property!

Classy and convenient, this is the place to be! Close to the midway point of lake mead and 15 minutes to Callville Bay to launch a boat. This is the best location to be close yet in a special place. The Village has shopping and is very reasonable in prices! Great option for your next stay!
