La temperatura del agua de la ducha no se podía regular bien y cambiaba de fría a ardiendo sin tocar nada. Tampoco me gustó que en la primera habitación en la que estuve no había prácticamente luz exterior.

worth a stay! lovely place in quite road in the city centre.

Loved breakfast in the lounge and the variety of cereals with popped quinoa and Kiwicha! Very good. Everything was so nice and clean and staff helpful. So well placed within easy access to Cuzvco main attractions!!

Superb

Adorable staff and very clean hotel located in the heart of Cusco. The room was very nice, the shower was hot. Exceptional breakfast. Recommended stay in you are in Cusco.

Exceptional

Staff was very nice and because it was our wedding anniversary we received a beautiful flower bouquet at our room. Breakfast is very good and in a beautiful room with a cosy fireplace.

Wonderful old colonial building to stay at

This hotel is excellent located to take strolls throughout Cusco. The old building is well maintained and offers a unique charm. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast, especially the coffee, could use a bit of enhancement. Throughout our stay in Peru, this was by far the worst coffee. we assume we were unlucky, but the Wi-Fi in our room did not work well.

I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Nice and helpful staff. Free taxi from airport - hotel. Great location on q quiet street but not too far from the main plaza.

Very limited electric sockets in the room. We had to charge one of our phones overnight in the bathroom.

Absolutely perfect!

Great location and perfect for solo travelers. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is very nicely decorated, with beautiful outdoor areas.

Great location and value.

Very good location. Fast check-in and check out. Well organized transfer from the airport (free) and a taxi back to the airport (20 soles). Good breakfast. Coffee and tea available through the day in a cozy lounge. Filtered tap water available at the hotel.

The room was very cold at night. The hotel has central heating but it was not on during my stay (lower temperatures at 2-3°C). The room has a good size for one person, but possibly small for a couple.

Exceptional

Beautiful and carefully renovated colonial house close to Plaza de Armas, but very quiet. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to organize our stay and our visits in Cusco.

I enjoyed the hotels location and decor but found the noises outside the room disruptive.

I liked the decor, a mix of history and modern art. It was very clean and conveniently located near Plaza de Armas.

It was a bit noisy. I could hear people next door showering and moving outside the room even though the hotel wasn’t full.

amazing ambience, excellent cleanliness, location, breakfast and staff!

the heater seems to only turn on at specific time of the evening/night which left us shivering cold on few occasions.

perfect except for the shower

lovely room, staff, location. clean, warm rooms with heaters. breakfast was great!

showers were temperamental - sometimes cold, sometimes warm but with frequent scolding hot water jets making shower quite unpleasant!

Exceptional

We stayed before and after 2 different adventures. They stored our luggage for us and even had it waiting in our new room when we returned. The hotel was beautiful with multiple lovely sitting areas. Breakfast was fantastic with multiple options including dairy free milk! Staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The location was very convenient and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go right from the hotel.

Great stay in Cusco

Good location a few blocks from city main square. Beautiful building in colonial style, very well preserved and totally Instagram-ready. Best of all: when a unexpected strike made us change our plans and made us stay longer in another city, they were so understanding that they cancel one of our reserved nights without charging for it.

Wi-fi didn’t reach inside the room.

perfect hotel for cusco - upscale and lovely - easy walk to everything

perfect location out of the noise and chaos but a really close walk to the square - lovely furnishings and a Santa Fe style - nice breakfast room - lots of patio areas -

Perfect home base for a Cusco stay. Delightful.

Jesús and rest of the staff are amazing! Beautiful hotel & courtyards and prime location between the plaza and San Blas. Highly recommend!
