Beautiful old style hacienda. Clean spacious rooms, good beds and wonderful breakfast
Very noisy because of the way the property is built with inner courtyards. People leave very early, 3,4,5 am. There was even a french woman on the phone in the middle of the night screaming as she was upset about something. Maybe her driver didn’t show up, who knows? But very annoying for the rest of the guests who’d like to sleep until 8 am. Also I felt that the staff can give a little bit more directions here.
Our rooms on the ground floor had little natural light coming in, would have liked a little but more light

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and very friendly & helpful staff, who all spoke English. San Blas is a beautiful area of Cusco and all sights are easily accessible on foot. They even have filtered water to refill you bottle. Rooms are nice and all have a heater, showers are very spacious.
Nothing - but be aware that San Blas strees are very narrow and you can get stuck in traffic when taking a taxi there, it is better to order a taxi in the city centre.

I have been coming here for almost 19 years and it always gets better. The rooms are pristine, the sheets are crisp and the water is always hot.
The stairs to the top rooms can be steep but that goes with the territory of staying in a colonial building
