The staff was very kind and the BNB was so beautiful! Great location in Cusco. Breakfast was so good and the heaters in the room were super nice.

The location was great. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
We froze to death even with a space heater. The bathroom window has a 1 inch gap to the outside. There is hair on the side of the bathroom wall. The towel rack in the bathroom is about to fall off. The building is in serious need of updating and repairs. The staff talking below rooms 2 and 3 in the morning was disruptive to trying to sleep.
